In 1984, Inventive Resources, Inc. (IRI) was founded by mechanical engineer John A. Paoluccio with the mission to provide innovative choices in environmental products. Based in Central California, IRI is a family-owned company dedicated to enhancing environmental solutions through design, development, and manufacturing of cutting-edge products that tackle various environmental challenges.

John A. Paoluccio, a registered engineer and alumnus of California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, sought to expand the market for quality environmental products. His vision was carried forward when his son, John J. Paoluccio, became Vice President after graduating with a mechanical engineering degree from the University of the Pacific in Stockton.

IRI offers a wide range of services, including design, drafting, invention development, and assistance with patent development and prototyping. Over the years, IRI has successfully developed and patented around twenty innovative products and technologies that contribute positively to environmental efforts.
